Discount Prepaid Packages

3 Visits $240 (save $5 per visit)

6 Visits $450 (save $10 per visit)

10 Visits $750 (save $10 per visit)

12 Visits $840 (save $15 per visit)

Prepaid Package Terms & Conditions:


  1. Prepayment packages are a discount rate and must be purchased prior to, or the same day of, the first visit used and cannot be applied toward previously completed visits.

  2. All packages expire 1 year from the date of purchase. No refunds will be issued after the expiration date.

  3. Unused visits may still be used for acupuncture treatment indefinitely.

  4. Refunds of unused visits can be requested in writing prior to the expiration date. 

    1. Before a refund is processed, used visits will be converted back to the single visit rate to determine the amount of the unused credit to refund.  

    2. Refunds are done via check and mailed to the address on file unless another address is provided when the refund is requested, or refunded back to the original credit card if the system allows.

    3. Refunds will be issued in the name of the person who purchased the package originally.

  5. Prepayment packages cannot be transferred or shared.

  6. We reserve the right to cancel packages if the patient is discharged or terminated by the provider(s). If canceled, you will receive notice in writing to the mailing address provided on your account and any remaining credit will be refunded back to you after the used visits are converted back to the single visit rate.  

  7. This is a discount plan. It is not required to purchase a discount plan in order to receive treatment. You are always welcome to pay per visit at the time-of-service rate. 

  8. This agreement is not insurance and is not eligible to be billed to your insurance - either by us or by the patient via superbills. If you require superbills to be reimbursed by your insurance or for an FSA or HSA account, then you must pay per visit at the standard rate.
